Hi John – I just watched this video and am looking forward to trying out the “lag and stroke”. My forehand is erratic because I always try to time my wrist rotation to roll the racket over the ball at impact. Knowing that the lag stays in place through impact should produce much greater consistency. The 5- minute video length is good (could even be a little shorter). Thanks for the instruction!

I realize I have been hitting my forehand with the snap you mentioned. I will apply this lesson and I am excited to try a new forehand. Thank you!
